Monica began her personal journey into fitness at the age of 19. After seeing success through the process and learning the fundamentals of health and fitness, she found her true passion and wanted to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
Monica has a decorated fitness and training background in weightlifting, HIIT training and kickboxing. She is also an active practitioner of competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Over the past five years she has worked with individuals of all ages, ranging from age 10 to age 70; people of all different levels of fitness, including those with physical limitations, no prior history of fitness, as well as individuals who’ve already seen success with fitness but are looking for that extra edge to reach the next level. No matter what your goal is, Monica will show the highest level of dedication, drive along with helping you stay motivated to surpass your expectations!
