Liz has been a fitness professional for over 20 years. She started out her career in Sweden teaching Aerobics and being a running coach. After living around the world always making fitness one of her priorities, she moved to the U.S. And made fitness her career. Other certifications either than AFAA and NASM, includes Gravity, Spin, TRX, Kettlebell,Aqua, 500 hrs Yoga and Hot 26 Yoga and Meditation.

She is an avid runner and has done several races and engages her clients in her runs and races. She coaches GOTR (Girls On The Run). Also a big cyclist with many miles under her feet.

Liz is also a Beachbody/Shakeology Nutrition Coach and that’s a big part of her training program.

Liz has been involved in many fundraising charities, TNT (Team In Training), St-Jude’s, Ovarian Cancer, Miracle Walk, Team Zoey, Cycle for Survival. Also participating in fun runs as the Diva Dash, Color Runs etc.
