A joined Sky Club as a member in 2014 with the sole intention of getting fit. After months of training she discovered a hidden passion for the fitness world. Christine’s devotion lead to achieving her Personal Training Certification in 2016. Through discipline and commitment Christine has advanced from member to Sky Club Instructor and Personal Trainer! Her programs are based on strength, core stability, proper nutrition, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise.
